Terms of Service

Welcome to KollabKit. By accessing or using our platform at kollabkit.com or app.kollabkit.com (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

1. About KollabKit

KollabKit is an AI-powered creator infrastructure platform for Instagram and YouTube creators. The platform automatically builds a creator's media kit, portfolio website, and rate benchmark from their real social data. KollabKit is operated as an independent SaaS product and is not affiliated with any product or service called CollabKit or Collab Kit.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service and enter into a binding agreement. By using KollabKit, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

KollabKit offers the following subscription plans:

  • Free - ₹0 / $0 / £0 forever. Includes 1 media kit, portfolio website on a KollabKit subdomain, core Instagram metrics, a shareable link, and a basic rate card.
  • Creator - ₹399/month (India), $4.99/month (US), £3.99/month (UK), AED 29/month (UAE), SAR 29/month (Saudi Arabia). Includes Instagram or YouTube support, unlimited media kits, portfolio website on a KollabKit subdomain, full analytics dashboard, media kit editing, kit view analytics, brand discovery access, and priority support.
  • Creator Pro - ₹799/month (India), $9.99/month (US), £7.99/month (UK), AED 49/month (UAE), SAR 49/month (Saudi Arabia). Includes everything in Creator plus simultaneous Instagram and YouTube support, portfolio website with custom domain support, AI rate benchmark, full brand discovery access, a dedicated manager, and priority support.
  • Agency - ₹1,999/month (India) and equivalent pricing in other markets. Includes management of up to 20 creator profiles, white-label kits, team seat access, and a dedicated account manager.

Prices are displayed in the local currency of your region. All plans are billed monthly. Prices may be updated with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Payment

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers depending on your region:

India: Payments are processed via Razorpay. Accepted methods include UPI, UPI AutoPay, credit and debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets.

United States, United Kingdom, UAE, and Saudi Arabia: Payments are processed via Stripe. Accepted methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. Mada is additionally accepted in Saudi Arabia and UAE.

KollabKit does not store payment card details. All payment information is handled directly by Razorpay or Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS compliance standards.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.

Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents access to a paid feature for more than 72 consecutive hours, you may request a prorated credit. Submit refund requests to support@kollabkit.com within 7 days of the charge.

We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion.

7. Instagram Data & Third-Party Services

KollabKit connects to Instagram's official API (Meta Graph API) to fetch your public profile data and insights. By connecting your Instagram account, you grant KollabKit read-only access to your profile data. You can revoke this access at any time through your Instagram settings.

We do not post, comment, or take any action on your behalf on Instagram. We never request your Instagram password.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to create fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive media kits
  • Misrepresent follower counts, engagement rates, or any metric
  • Resell, sublicense, or distribute access to the Service without permission
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the platform
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, and design elements of KollabKit are the intellectual property of KollabKit and its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

You retain ownership of all content you provide (profile data, bio text, rate card entries). You grant KollabKit a limited, non-exclusive licence to display this content as part of your media kit.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that brand deals will result from use of the platform.

Instagram data is sourced from Meta's API and is subject to their availability and accuracy. We are not responsible for discrepancies between displayed metrics and actual platform data.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KollabKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India for users accessing the Service from India. For users in the United States, United Kingdom, UAE, and Saudi Arabia, local consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction may also apply. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable local law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
